Set in a beautiful location, down a private road on the edge of our woods, this cosy, modern build studio offers the perfect escape for anyone wanting a relaxing stay surrounded by nature. Our studio offers an open plan lounge/kitchen, bedroom and shower room.
Set in a rural location yet only 3 miles from Morpeth centre, this is a great spot to explore the coastline, ancient castles and National Parks. Druridge Bay and Cresswell Beach are less than 20 minutes drive away.
Stay connected with complimentary WiFi and reliable mobile 4G. We also offer facilities to comfortably accommodate guests on work trips.

Our studio is perfect for couples or an individual, providing an ideal base for work, walking, cycling and sight seeing, or somewhere to simply stop, relax and enjoy the nature.
This modern yet cosy facility is all on one floor with an open plan lounge / dining / kitchen area. The bedroom has an oak framed double (4ft6) bed, double oak wardrobe and storage facilities, with views into the woods. The shower room contains toilet, wash basin / vanity unit and electric shower. All towels and bedding are included.
Our kitchenette offers tea and coffee making facilities, modern sink / rinse tap, fridge freezer, microwave, air fryer and a mini electric hob for cooking. All cookware, plates, glasses and cutlery are provided, as well as washing-up liquid and tea towels. If you need anything, please let us know.
The lounge / diner has a 55 inch smart Fire TV, small dining table with chairs and a cosy 2 seater sofa. USB and power sockets are also fitted for supporting your smart technology. Remote controlled air conditioning and electric heating systems are available to use when ever you need them.
Free wi-fi is available in the studio. 4G and 5G connectivity is also available throughout the facility for mobile phone and data access if you do not wish to connect to our wifi. We also have security cameras on the yard and lane which cover vehicles parked in our yard and the stables.
If you’re planning a longer stay, we’re happy to take care of your washing. Just let us know, and we’ll arrange with you to bring your laundry to the main bungalow.

Our woodland:
We have 3 acres of thick woodland at the back of our property which runs down to the River Wansbeck. The woodland is shared with our main house, and as we have badgers, deer, foxes, owls, woodpeckers and other wildlife living there, we would like to ask that you don’t go into the main woodland unless we have agreed access with you. We respect that this is their home too, and hope you get to see some of our wildlife during your stay.

Security Deposit
A security / damage deposit of £100 is required upon booking. Rest assured, we commit to refunding this amount within 48 hours of your departure, provided that the studio is in satisfactory condition.
